Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) governs your use of the AlliShare service operated by VMVTech and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and compliant with the rules of the platforms we integrate with. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. We may update it at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You may not use the Service, directly or through automation, scripts, or AI agents, to:

• Spam and bulk unsolicited messaging — send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or repetitive content in violation of anti-spam laws or platform rules.
• Deceptive or fraudulent content — post misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or scam content, including false claims, phishing lures, or manipulated media intended to deceive.
• Illegal content or activity — publish or facilitate content or conduct that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Harassment and hate — engage in harassment, bullying, threats, or content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
• Exploitation of minors — adult sexual exploitation, and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), are subject to zero tolerance and will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Malware and phishing — distribute malware, viruses, or links to phishing or other malicious resources.
• Intellectual-property infringement — infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights.
• Impersonation — impersonate any person, brand, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Fake engagement and metric manipulation — use bots, fake accounts, or coordinated activity to artificially inflate followers, likes, views, or other metrics.
• Circumventing platform limits or terms — evade or attempt to evade any platform’s rate limits, automation rules, or terms of service.
• Unauthorized reselling — resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written authorization.
• Scraping — scrape, harvest, or collect data from any platform or from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Mass-account creation — create accounts in an automated or bulk manner, or operate networks of inauthentic accounts.

2. AI and Automation

The Service supports automation and AI-generated content. You are fully responsible for all AI-generated and automated content published through your account, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate before it goes out. You must comply with each connected platform’s automation and bot rules, including any disclosure or labeling requirements for automated or AI-generated content. Do not use automation to harass, deceive, spam, or evade platform enforcement.

Per-plan rate limits and volume limits apply to API and automation usage. We monitor for abuse, anomalous activity, and attempts to circumvent these limits, and we may throttle, restrict, or suspend usage that threatens the Service or the platforms we integrate with.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, throttling usage, and suspending, banning, or terminating your account at our sole discretion, possibly without prior notice. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement and report unlawful activity, and we may preserve and disclose information as required by law or to protect the Service, our users, the platforms we integrate with, or the public.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content or activity on the Service violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@allishare.com with as much detail as possible. We review reports and take appropriate action.
