Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the AlliShare service operated by VMVTech. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Billing in Advance

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (monthly or annual). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.

2. Subscriptions Are Generally Non-Refundable

All fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or features you did not use. When you pay for a billing period, you pay for access to the Service during that period regardless of how much you use it.

3. Discretionary 7-Day First-Subscription Window

As a courtesy, we may offer a discretionary 7-day money-back window on a customer’s first paid subscription, available only where usage has been minimal and the request is made within 7 days of the initial charge. This accommodation is granted at AlliShare’s sole discretion, is not available for renewals, upgrades, or subsequent subscriptions, and may be declined.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through that date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal. Within the first 14 days, any refund of an annual plan is at AlliShare’s sole discretion and subject to the conditions in this Policy.

6. No Refunds on Terminated or Banned Accounts

No refunds are provided when an account is suspended, banned, or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Service. Enforcement actions do not entitle you to any refund of prepaid fees.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of your account. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@allishare.com first so we can resolve it directly. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and to recover associated costs.

8. Free Tier

The free tier involves no payment, and therefore no refunds apply. Free-tier access may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund covered by this Policy, email support@allishare.com from the email associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take about 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
